Workers, subcontractors and visitors sign themselves in by scanning a code with their phone camera — no app, no login — and the sign-in refuses an expired ticket rather than recording it. Anyone who forgets to sign out is closed off at the end of their shift, so the fire roll call is the people actually on site, not everyone who arrived this week.

Yes. The iPhone and iPad app is live on the App Store, and it unlocks with Face ID or your fingerprint when you reopen it. On Android you can use SiteHub in your phone’s browser today — it works offline the same way — while the native Android app makes its way to Google Play.
SiteHub is offline-first — everything you add (diary entries, photos, voice notes) is saved locally on the device. The moment you're back in signal, it syncs automatically. Nothing is lost and no action is required from the user.
You share what you choose to, as a PDF. Any diary entry or report exports on your firm’s letterhead and can be emailed straight over, so the client gets the dated, photographed record for the days that matter and nothing else. Clients don’t get a login to your account, so internal notes, draft entries and team messages are never exposed. A client-facing view is on the roadmap.
Both. The Solo plan starts at £19/month and is built for one site and a small crew. Many sole traders and subcontractors use it to look more professional to main contractors — a timestamped digital diary and PDF report go a long way.
